This notice explains what the private beta collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you. Effective September 1, 2026.

Information we collect

We collect account and contact details, the business profile you provide, services and prices, brand preferences, slow days, goals, campaign drafts and history, feedback, and basic technical information needed to secure and operate the service.

How we use it

We use this information to create and remember your business workspace, generate marketing drafts, manage account approval, respond to feedback, prevent misuse, and improve the private beta.

AI and service providers

Information needed for a requested feature may be processed by providers that support hosting, authentication, data storage, email confirmation, and AI generation. Business profile details and campaign context may be sent to the AI provider when you ask the app to generate content.

What you should not submit

Do not enter customer passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, private health information, or other highly sensitive customer data. The service is designed for business marketing information, not customer records.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with providers needed to run the beta, when you direct us to, or when required to protect the service or comply with law.

Retention, access, and deletion

We keep account, business, campaign, and feedback information while your beta account is active and as reasonably needed to operate and secure the service. To request a copy, correction, or deletion, use Help & Feedback while signed in. If you cannot sign in, reply to the invitation or account email you received.

Security and beta changes

We use reasonable safeguards and separate business access by account, but no online service can promise perfect security. This notice may change as the beta grows. Material changes will be shown in the app or provided with an updated effective date.
